Services

Please be aware that we only offer services to minors that are 16 or older. A "Consent to Pierce/Tattoo a Minor" form is required under Florida law to be filled out, signed by the legal parent/guardian, and notarized before the appointment. The legal parent/guardian on the form must be present while the service is rendered.
